MICHAEL J. FOX, 60 YEARS OLD

Michael J. Fox may have left the acting world, but he will always be Marty McFly for many fans. In 1985, director Robert Zemeckis surprised the world with a movie masterpiece that turned to be not just a cult classic but also managed to enter the popular culture. For this credit, the world started to know a then-young actor who had become a significant part of Hollywood.

Though Fox first rose to prominence in the 1970s for his role on Family Ties, Back to the Future brought him to new heights. From here, he starred in two more Back to the Future movies, followed by several TV and film projects. However, come 2020, Fox officially retired from acting due to his health issues. Anyhow, the 60-year-old star’s contribution to the business never went unnoticed. Fox has received numerous awards from the major award-giving bodies and was even inducted to Canada and Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.
