Christopher Plummer, 90 Years Old

Over the years, Christopher Plummer played many classic characters in Hollywood history including the iconic Captain Georg von Trapp from the 1965 film The Sound of Music. He also portrayed the role of the Roman emperor Commodus in The Fall of the Roman Empire and Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington of the 1970 film Waterloo. If you think that’s all, he still got a couple of movie credits playing historical figures in his bag of tricks.

He is a native Canadian performer known for his amazing works in drama, film and television. Currently at 90, the actor still plays a couple of roles in Hollywood here and there without showing any signs of slowing down. Soon several of his films came out, his eighth decade as a professional screen actor. Plummer won the award, making him the oldest person ever to win an Oscar.
