KELSEY GRAMMER | MALIBU | $12.94 MILLION

Back in 1998, Frasier’s main man Kelsey Grammer purchased this lavish multi-million dollar mansion in Malibu, California, for roughly $4 million. Since taking up residence in the property, Kelsey and his family had done a series of renovations, which bumps the property’s value to about $12.94 million today. The home also boasts a master suite with a million-dollar view of the ocean, a custom-built theater, and a library. Some other notable features include stone fountains found throughout the gardens, a Monet Lily pond with its own 18-century stone temple, and a dressage equestrian ring.

The main house is located on 5 acres of terraced hills with sea views. The main building covers an area of 6,650 square feet, with a formal living and dining area and a two-story banquet hall, which is very suitable for large-scale events. The large kitchen was designed by Wolfgang Puck and includes an indoor and outdoor dining area. It has a wine cellar, a large cinema and a library with parquet floors.
