The transaction was said to be an off-market deal, and the price wasn’t disclosed, but sources revealed it was about the rate mentioned above. According to reports, it was initially listed for $39.5 million in 2019, and the couple lowered its price to $33.9 million later.

The 12,000-square-foot mega-mansion was custom-built in 2015. It was sitting on five acres of land, featuring five beds, a home office, chef’s eat-in kitchen, a family room, a rec room, a playroom, a wine room, a gym, and a spa. The outside comes with stunning gardens, a three-car garage, a carport, a pool, and a circular driveway.
