Kim Kardashian West can surely take credit for a lot of Hollywood trends we see today, and it seems like the reality star is on the move to start a new one. This time, however, she’s setting her eyes on the real estate industry. The mother of four purchased this Hidden Hills mansion back in 2014 to raise her kids with rapper Kanye West in it. Since acquiring the property, the couple made extensive repairs and renovations that transformed the home into a futuristic tropical oasis.

Today, this massive mansion has tall-arched ceilings that look like a stripped-down version of the iconic gothic European arches. Kim and Kanye also wanted the architecture of the house to speak for itself, which is why the couple opted for lesser decor pieces and large minimalistic furniture. After giving the house a fresh new look, it is now being valued at around $60 million. Whoever said starting a trend was cheap?
