MATTHEW PERRY | MALIBU | $15 MILLION

Matthew Perry has made and continues to make a large fortune out of his time from the hit ’90s sitcom, Friends. As a result, he has now expanded his investment portfolio, which includes this stunning oceanfront property in Malibu, California. The actor initially paid $12 million for the property back in 2018. Since taking up residence in the area, the actor had made a couple of changes, which increased the home’s value to about $15 million. This modern oceanfront mansion offers 5,500 square feet of interior living space with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

But perhaps the property’s biggest selling feature is its gorgeous view of the ocean, which seems to merge with its living thanks to the massive floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Although built-in 1965, the house was renovated in 2018 to present a more modern and fashionable style. New smart features (such as an electronic facial recognition input system) provide additional security. The lush yard of the house covers an area of 0.37 acres, including a fire pit and a raised pool overlooking the sea.
