The deal was said to be off-market, but its marketing materials revealed the property was an absolute stunner with its 6,800 square feet living space, rolled out on 1.25 acres of land.

It carries an East Coast traditional style with six en suite beds and seven baths. The house might be built in the mid-‘50s, but it was already refurbished to fit the 28-year-old singer’s modern and upscale lifestyle.
