JOHN F. KENNEDY | WASHINGTON D.C. | $4.6 MILLION

It’s not often that we get to see a former Presidential home hit the market, but just recently, John F. Kennedy’s former Washington home got listed for $4.6 million. Originally built in the 1800s, this Georgetown home boasts some of the most elegant and stately features. Starting with the facade, you will be greeted by a single ornate door installed in the middle of a brick-ladened exterior wall. The main bathroom is paved with white marble, including the floor and walls.

Once inside, guests are welcomed by a spiral staircase, which centers the brightly painted foyer. Since the home has seen a couple of new owners since the Kennedys, it has also seen some renovations. However, it has mainly retained its old-world charm through the preservation of its original architectural structures and floorings, which is now mixed with modern furniture and decorative elements.
