The LendingTree CEO’s former waterfront house has unique features that make it quite interesting for many house hunters. It was already in the contract as of Aug. 7, listing records show. The listing was held by Tory Kuehner of Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty. Lebda initially bought the house in 2011 for $2.35 million.
