It looks like Tommy Hilfiger is about to officially say goodbye to Miami after putting his fabulous home on the market for $24.5 million. Just last year, the iconic fashion designer sold his Raleigh Hotel for a whopping $103 million. Now, it looks like his Miami home will follow. It is not the first time that Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, listed their home. In 2017, they had put their house on sale for $27.25 million.

They then cut the price to $23.5 million in 2018 and put it off the market again. They probably bought the house in 2013 for $17.5 million without any money loan. The 14,000 square feet beachfront has seven beds and ten full baths that also have two guest or staff houses. Ivy-covered turrets and leaded bay windows further add to the historic charm of the place, which is what initially attracted the couple to the home.
