Jerry Stiller and Ben Stiller

There are many ways for Ben Stiller to remember his father, Jerry Stiller, but one of the most obvious forms is simply by looking at himself in the mirror. In fact, whenever Ben sees an old photo of his dad from when he was younger, he says that he understands what it feels like to be looking at his own photo in black and white. Once, he even saw a picture of someone he thought was him, only to later realize that he has never been to that place or owned the clothes in the photo.

We can imagine how surreal that must have been! It also proves that the resemblance between them is uncanny. Another thing they have in common? They’re amazing comedic timing and versatility as actors. It’s quite fortunate that these two got to work together before Jerry’s passing. That’s one acting credit we’re sure Ben will forever treasure.
