Oprah Winfrey is no stranger when it comes to having weight issues, as it constantly fluctuates every so often. She decided to maintain a healthy weight back in 2005 as she successfully managed to slim down to 160 pounds. She later realized that in order for her to keep the slim figure she would have to do more than just eating the right stuff, she had to work out.

The talk show host admits that she is not a big fan of working out, surely a lot of people can relate to that. She might not be completely against it, as she still works out regularly, but it definitely isn’t one of her favorite things to do. This is just something she had to do to make her healthier. For her low-carb lifestyle, she discovered cauliflower rice, which she is a fan of. We wouldn’t be surprised if she makes an investment in a business that sells this type of rice.
