However, the socialite admittedly gained a few pounds during quarantine and she couldn’t be more proud about getting real about weight gain as she flaunts her new curves by posting her striking bikini photos on Instagram.
The 41-year-old didn’t just start working out again, she has been paying close attention to her diet. too. Two years ago, Kourtney did the keto diet, and she said that she never felt so good – looking better than ever. Now, she’s back at it again and vows to keep her keto diet for a month. This meant that she had to eat little to no carbs. She is determined to only eat three meals a day packed with lean proteins and fresh vegetables, without having snacks in between. Kourtney simply loves taking care of her body; she may gain weight to a certain degree but she will never love her body any less.
