She was not afraid to let the photographers took her close-up shots without any trace of makeup on her face.

She bravely showed her freckles and other flaws, beneath the heavy makeup she often donned. Here, she revealed her softer side, a much younger-looking woman, who, to some degree, looked much better without any cosmetics.
