Valeria Lukyanova takes credit for being the real-life Barbie. From her hair down to the makeup and the body, the 33 year-old Lukyanova tried to copy the famed doll to the degree of getting body modifications to get it right. She is a model from Ukraine who became famous because of the procedures she went through to achieve the complete Barbie look.

To enhance the Barbie effect Lukyanova uses makeup and contact lenses over her naturally green/gray/blue eyes. She has stated that she has had breast implants, but that the rest of her body is natural and slender due to daily gym workouts and a particular diet. Without the makeup and the contact lenses, she still looks good despite the strange but curious passion. However, the public still would not believe that her body is naturally the way it is as the proportions are exactly like the doll’s.
